The social platform provided by them has allowed us to implement various social activities over the years in the best interests of our community people. Whereas we used to carry out Sangha’s activities earlier in the confined area of Mumbai city, during the last 9 years we have extended our activities to suburbs through various local committees. The very purpose and usefulness of forming the local committees has been amply illustrated in the last 9 years through various successful social activities and achievements of local committees in the suburbs. Mira Road-Virar local committee has also not lagged behind in its efforts towards this direction. The very success of local committees has spurred us on to forming 2 more local committees namely, Churchgate-Virar and CST-Mulund-Mankhurd committees. We have been serving the community through Kulala Sangha for many years now and it is a fact that we are not getting any younger. Hence, it is the duty of our younger generation to get actively involved in Sangha’s working/activities and relieve us from the responsibilities.
